Using this site
You may browse the catalog and place orders for your own use. You may not attempt to disrupt the site, extract the catalog in bulk by automated means, or use the store to resell products in a way that conflicts with a manufacturer’s own terms.
Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. An order is accepted when we confirm it and begin preparing it. We may decline an order — for example where an item is unavailable, where a price was listed in error, or where we cannot deliver to the address given.
Prices and availability
Prices shown throughout this build are mock values used to exercise the store, not manufacturer suggested retail prices. We do not offer price matching. Availability reflects live inventory figures and can change between browsing and checkout. Where a genuine pricing error occurs, we will contact you before charging anything.
Product information
Product names, sizes and categories come from our catalog data. Ingredients, allergens, nutrition values, certifications and origin are deliberately not published unless verified. Product photographs come from open databases and are credited on the product page. They may show a different regional pack than the one shipped, so always rely on the physical product label.
Payment
Only offline sandbox payment methods are enabled in this build, and no money is captured. Live payment terms will be added when a payment processor is contracted.
Intellectual property
Ham Sales Shop owns the site design, its copy and its original artwork. Brand names, logos and product packaging belong to their respective owners; their appearance here does not imply endorsement, affiliation or authorized-reseller status. Externally sourced photographs carry their own licence terms, recorded against each image.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited. A full liability section will be added under legal review, once a governing jurisdiction has been decided.
